A data analyst resume for Pakistan should connect tools to a question you investigated. Listing Excel, SQL and Power BI tells a reader what software you know. Explaining how you cleaned records, defined a measure and presented a finding shows what you can do with it.
This guide suits graduates, reporting staff and professionals moving from accounts or operations into analysis. Whether you apply in Karachi, Lahore or Islamabad, select evidence for the actual vacancy. Do not assume every data analyst role requires the same tools or level of statistics.
Start with the business question, not the dashboard screenshot
Choose a project that lets you explain a question clearly. For example, a practice order analysis could investigate which records are incomplete and how that affects a monthly report. Describe the dataset, its source and whether it is public, synthetic or approved for sharing.
